As far as I can recollect it must have been taken in the early eighties as it shows me filing Customer Complaint forms which was a boring job done by the evening shift man when he came on duty at 1300 hrs. Not too long afterwards a P.C. was obtained in the mid 80s and then all the complaints were enterd into that. The computer was about the only one in the offices at the time and I can remember it being shared by other departments to run various projects.
