Original trial Borehole (A) sunk in 1934 and 1936 a second Borehole (B) was sunk. The 2 boreholes in the pumphouse were interconnected in 1938 by a heading driven from a 6ft diameter situated outside the building. A note dated 28 Feb 2002 states: Owned by Mr and Mrs Woodhouse planning to cap off ??
