Radbourne Water Tower
The water tower was constructed before the service reservoir If this view is from the road then the reservoir would be in the field to the right of the tower.

British Water Tower Appreciation Society Archives - says:
Water and Water Engineering, Volume 63, 1959, Page 452, tells us that the 90,000 gallon water tower was completed in 1948 (it is shown on a 1955 map, the tower & reservoir appears on a later map). It also tells us that the 3 million gallon reservoir was completed in 1955 at a cost of £79,000.
